One of the elements of management philosophy is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program through which a company sets the goal of reaching a global balance that integrates human, environmental and community resources. Social responsibility is a duty every individual has to perform so as to maintain a balance between the economy and the ecosystems.

As a duty & being responsible company, ASER Construction plc has been undertaking social responsibilities for a long time alongside of its construction activities. Now for Akaki Kality sub-city woreda 11 & 12 residents, ASER has paid more than 3.5 million birr to Ethiopian Electricity Authority for the installation of new electric line. The absence of electricity has been very difficult to live everyday life for more than 300 households.

The presence of such infrastructure facilitations will enable the residents & nearby youngsters to work efficiently on small-scale business like, barbershop, Internet cafes, Metal welding services and so on.
Accordingly, the economic state of the environment is expected to be provoked as business grows rapidly. The installation of the new line is expected to be finished very soon.
Its recalled that ASER has made same social contributions through building of roads, bridges & recreational centers for the past 9 years.
