According to Ato Ftaneges, the department is integral to the company, supporting 70–80% of its operations. It manages all equipment, supplies materials, and works closely with the construction team by overseeing work performance, evaluating operators, and addressing resource shortages through rentals.

Ato Ftaneges stated that the department is following its work plan and making steady progress, dispute minor challenges such as rising rental costs, quality concerns, and delays in equipment supply. However, these issues are being effectively managed.
