ASER has launched the designs of the first two apartment buildings earlier that are to be constructed around Meskel Flower in Kirkos Sub city and Bole area behind Millennium Hall.

To this effect, after finalizing the planning and design development phase has commenced the construction of the first, 12 story luxury apartment located at Kirkos Sub city.

This 12 story apartment tower will offer contemporary residences ranging in sizes and floor plans, and will feature many large communal gathering spots.  It will encompass two large indoor basement parking, shopping center, gymnasium and beauty salon along with 2 and 3 beds residentials.
