Project Name: Supply and Installation of Pipes and Fittings and Construction of Civil works of Kilinto and Koye-Fiche area Water Supply
Client and Consultant: Client of the project is Addis Ababa & Sewerage Authority Water & Sanitation Development and Rehabilitation Project Office. Oromia Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise (OWWDSE) is the consulting firm.
Contractor: ASER Construction Plc
Project Description: Supply and install pipes and fittings including civil work construction from well field to koye reservoir.
Commencement Date: ASER Construction Plc. took over the Project Site and Commenced Operation in early June 2015.
Project Location: Akaki Kality, Addis Ababa
Current Project Progress: As of mid October, 2016 95 percent of construction of koye 10,000 M3 and CT-5 2500 M3 water reservoirs has been already finalized and pavement works around the reservoirs is well under progress. Construction of Transmission Pipe line and DCI Pipe laying works has been reached 90 percent sofar while 85 percent of Collector Pipe line work is finalized. Other complementary construction of works of Control rooms and construction of ancillary buildings are well under progress.
Project Work Force: The project currently provides job opportunity for 26 permanent and 70 temporary workers.
Machinery Mobilization: A total of 15 heavy and small machinery’s are currently deployed for the project.
