ASER Construction plc awarded 15 employees who scored outstanding performance in the 2016 fiscal year. Engineer Fikade Haile, handed over the special gold necklaces to highly performing employees.

The annual award recognizes two female and 13 male employees from the head office and projects who demonstrate a pattern of significant achievement and deliver a consistent level of extraordinary performance over the year.

Speaking on the occasion Mesfin T/Yohannis, Company’s Human Resource and Administration Department Manager and host of the award ceremony said, “Our Company is strong because of our staff. These 15 employees embody our values. They make extraordinary contributions and all this award recipients have left an indelible imprint on our company.”
